Since July 1, 2021, you can find us at Diemerplein 108 in Diemen, our artisanal cheese specialty store, where we put all our passion for the craft into every product. The store is and remains the heart of everything we do: here you taste, choose, and get advice, exactly how buying cheese should be.

We believe in pure craftsmanship: cheese that is given time to ripen, carefully cut and thoughtfully selected. In addition to our cheeses, you will find freshly roasted nuts, carefully selected wines, toast, dips, oils, balsamic vinegar, and Sérouxe Royale, our own champagne brand, of which we are particularly proud.

What started as a shop for cheese lovers has grown into a place where craftsmanship, taste, and personal attention come together. This webshop is an extension of that same shop: the same cheeses, freshly cut and shipped chilled, even if you can't visit in person.

For our cheeses, we collaborate with CONO Kaasmakers, a farmers' cooperative from Beemster that has been making cheese for over 120 years using traditional craftsmanship. The same meticulousness we apply in our shop is reflected in how CONO makes its cheese.
